Shipping & Returns
All parcels sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked.
Charges for postage will be added at the checkout.
We do not take responsibility for Plextrums lost in transit. If your parcel is lost by Royal Mail please contact us so that we can file a claim on your behalf and issue you with a refund.
Plextrum is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you aren't satisfied with the condition of your Plextrum when it arrives, email email@example.com with a photo within 14 days of purchase so we can arrange its return. Please note: we will only return Plextrums that have been damaged in transit once they have been sent back to us.
